All orders take around 2 - 10 working days to get delivered unless your postcodes are highlighted below it could take longer.
- Customer places the order
- Order is dispatched to our in-house manufacturers (within 24 hours)
- Once the item is ready, goes through various quality checks
- Delivery is booked into a route
- Customers will receive a phone call from our dedicated delivery team to confirm 24-48 hours prior
- Driver will call at least 30 minutes prior to the delivery to ensure you are at home.
We do not offer specified day deliveries if you are unable to accept delivery on certain days do alert us and we will help you in every way possible, if you have missed the delivery our drivers will leave a card, please contact us to reschedule.
At Cuddly Beds, we offer a speedy delivery service, certain postcodes have slightly longer lead time compared to others, please check to see if your postcode is listed below, if your postcode is listed below your items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Assembly & Room of Choice
All deliveries are to the MAIN COMMUNAL DOOR OF THE BUILDING. The couriers will NOT be held responsible for taking any items any further unless agreed otherwise.
Flats: Communal Doorway

Room of choice £60 - Please ensure that the passage is clear and there is sufficient room for our team to put the bed into your chosen rooms.
Installation £100 – If all customers could ensure that the previous bed has been dismantled for our team to fit your new bed as our team are not responsible for dismantling old beds. Due to health & safety we do not offer the option to take away your old bed.
Cancelling an order
We do try our absolute best to ensure that all our customers receive the absolute best care, you can cancel your order if the order has not been dispatched, usually all orders are dispatched within 72 hours so it would be best to alert us at the earliest point to ensure we can cancel the order.
Returns & Collections & Refunds
On the event of returns
Once you have received your items but have decided that it is not quite what you wanted, fear not, you can return the goods and receive a full refund, customers will be subject to pay a collection charge of £60 plus any processing fees.
If you would prefer to arrange your own courier to return your item(s), then that is fine too, just let us know which you would prefer. However, if you wish to use your own courier, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
Once we have received the items your monies will be refunded within 72 hours.
Damages or missing parts
In the exceedingly rare occasion If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged or missing then please alert us immediately and we will sort it out straight away. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues, and it would be our pleasure to assist you further. We shall get it rectified ASAP.

Returns & Collections & Refunds
On the event of returns
Please be aware that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Every item being returned needs to be approved and have a return reference number. Items must be unused and in their original packing in order to be returned. We ask that you keep the original package so that you can reapply it in the event that the product is damaged. You can return Mattresses at any time within 14 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept them if they’re returned unused and unopened – still in their original packaging.
There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges. Initial delivery charges and return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. This implies that customers will still be charged for shipping even if the initial delivery was provided free of charge and they decline our offer to replace defective or damaged goods. The customer is in charge of setting up return shipping.
Returning any product that was made to order will result in a 50% fee. If a product has a flaw, you have to give us a chance to address any worries or problems. The surcharge and postage costs will still apply if you decide to return something and do not let us fix any problems. This surcharge will be charged if you decide you no longer want the product. Any reimbursement will be less delivery and administration costs.
To make sure there are no damages, we ask all customers to check all packages and merchandise. In the odd occasion that something is missing or damaged, we ask customers to accept delivery and note this on the delivery paperwork. Within 24 hours of delivery, all customers are required to notify us of any defects or missing items. Where appropriate, we ask all clients to submit supporting evidence.
Goods should be inspected before signing, and we won't be responsible for any damage that isn't noted at the time of delivery. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear will not be our responsibility.

We always take care of our customers' problems, therefore before opening any payment disputes, cases, or requests, please get in touch with us directly to work out a solution.

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was authorized. You will receive an automated refund using the original payment method if it is accepted. Please keep in mind that processing and issuing the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company.
